I understand that you cannot try on garments before purchasing, I am happy to provide you a refund, as long as the following
requirements are met:
The item must be received back within 14 days of you receiving your parcel.
New and unworn.
No make-up or fake tan marks.
No smell of perfume or deodorant.
I will inspect all return items and any returns that fail to comply with the above conditions will be sent back to the
customer at the customer’s expense.
Postage will be paid by the customer.
On the off chance, you receive a garment that is faulty, you must inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the unworn item within 14 days of receipt for me to replace or refund.
Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty and therefore are not eligible for a refund.
I provide care labels on all my garments to ensure they keep their original quality. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly I will not accept them back for return.
Return Shipping Charges
Shipping cost is non-refundable, unless I ship an item in error.
Returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
